It is a good option for first-time parents, repeat customers to the birth experience, or couples planning a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) looking for an in-depth run down and support techniques for the birthing process.This class is designed to be ideal for couples (the birthing person and their support person) because there is an emphasis on support techniques specific to each step of the process. This course includes a small portion of hands-on practice for physical labor support and guided breathing techniques for labor. This class is meant to equip you to succeed through natural childbirth, although it covers all medication-supported birth options from an unbiased perspective to help you discover the type of birth you want and to feel empowered no matter how you birth. This course is ideal to take sometime after your 26th week and before your 37th week of pregnancy.
